How We Charge

We used to only work out the bill at the end of a job, based on time spent and our hourly rates.

That’s like going for a haircut, asking the price and being told – “Well, we don’t really know, it will depend on how long it takes, whether we need the manager’s input, and also whether we run into anything unexpected. We’ll also keep a track of our time in a timesheet, and a list of product used. Then we’ll present you with an invoice at the end and expect payment in 14 days.”

We are quickly moving to a new way – discuss and agree what we’re going to do, by when, and what you will pay for it. And we have that discussion at the beginning, so we all know what to expect!
